The devices we sell for use in the United States are FDA-cleared for their stated uses, which include the temporary relief of certain kinds of pain and stiffness and the temporary increase of local circulation. We are careful to describe only cleared uses, and we will never promise a cure.

Do I need training to use one?

Every system we sell comes with training on that specific device and the conditions you plan to treat. For Class 4 systems, safe use and eye protection matter, and we make sure you and your team are comfortable before you begin. Support does not end after the sale. Can I finance a purchase?
