Ordering and pricing

We work hard to keep pricing, specifications, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to confirm or decline an order affected by it. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we process and ship the order.

Payment and financing

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless you arrange financing through one of the lending partners we work with. Financing is offered and approved by those partners under their own terms, not by TherapyLasers.com.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping timelines, our return process, and warranty coverage are described on our Returns and product pages. Please review those before purchasing, and call us if anything is unclear. We would rather answer a question before the sale than have you feel uncertain after it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.
